Neighbours Inc. is a private, non-profit agency-serving people with developmental disabilities since 1995.  Neighbours is committed to embracing the principals of self determination, as well as ensuring that everyone is a fully contributing citizen within their community.

Neighbours is currently working in Delaware, Bucks, Philadelphia, and Northampton Counties in Pennsylvania as well as in the state of New Jersey.

The Delaware County Association for Independent Support Brokers began in 2000.  The association contains a register of trained support brokers who can be hired by a person with a disability, and will work for them with no organizational allegiance.
